Safety and General Briefing

Ensuring your safety is our top priority. It’s important to be aware of potential hazards in your surroundings and take appropriate precautions. Here are key reminders for personal protection:

Use Protective Gear: Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as appropriate according to the work environment, this may include but not limited to Safety Shoes, Reflector Jackets, Safety gloves, Ear Plugs.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with the location of Emergency Exits, First Aid Kits, Fire Extinguishers and contact procedures in case of an incident according to your current location.
Stay Aware: Always be vigilant and aware of your environment. Identify potential risks such as slippery floors, sharp objects, or electrical hazards.
Ergonomic Workspace: Set up your workspace to support good posture. Use a comfortable chair and a desk at the right height to prevent strain.
Electrical Safety: Ensure your computer and other electronic devices are connected securely to outlets, avoiding overloaded sockets to prevent electrical hazards.
Environment Awareness: Be mindful of your surroundings. Maintain a clear area free of tripping hazards and ensure proper lighting to reduce eye strain.

These practices will help create a safe, productive, and comfortable environment while accessing the LMS from any location.
